I've always had a good experience until yesterday 8-26-2020. They didn't have my flavor, they always have my flavor. The employee was RUDE AS HELL. That's putting it kindly. I don't want to repeat what he said. I feel like my tobacco flavor is not being sold there anymore. I've never felt bad feelings about this place.

Love this shop. The guys here are always nice and knowledgeable about mods, batteries, juice, RBA's, salt nic devices, and really anything vape. The prices are decent, but the rewards program makes the value and bargains some of the best in the area for sure. I live in Woods Cross, and there are plenty of shops here, but it's definitely worth the drive.

There are many of these modern day smoke shops in the area to peruse, for sure. This shop is kind of like a curated and well-edited version of that. If you're looking for a place with gobs of kitschy and overpriced smoking chotzkies, go elsewhere. I appreciate the fact that the store is not overstocked at this location. It makes shopping so much easier. The store is always clean and classy:) And even with a clever name! Shout out to Spencer and Tristan for serving up excellent customer service each time I visiut. I just came here for the first time, & i don’t normally write reviews but i’m so happy w the service i was given. They didn’t have the disposables that I usually buy from other places but offered me ones that are comparable & they are super tasty & hit great, I may even prefer them more! The guy who helped me was super friendly over the phone & in person. I’m overall a happy customer & will be coming back ♥︎

Best shop around, by far. House juices are great, prices are great, and the customer service is amazing. I bought a mod there that had a clear defect and brought it back an hour later. No hassles, no questions, got it exchanged fast. They were just incredible about it and I am now a super loyal customer!

This is my favorite vape shop in Utah or Idaho where I live right now. I go to the Kaysville captivate store monthly. I love the points I add up on my purchases, and the friendly staff is always kind, patient, and extremely helpful.
Customer Service is second to none.
My favorite juice is the satisfying icy, and I’m really glad it’s so adorable for me. The sale price is two for Thirty so I’ll get 4-6 bottles per visit. It’s worth the drive, just over two hours for this outstanding service and delicious Vape flavors.

Bought a mod from them and it never hit right I went and bought batteries to see if mine were old and it still didn’t hit right lasted a week and half before the battery holder tabs went out (voopoo Argus) now the mod won’t hold in the batteries, I’ve barely had it and haven’t even gotten to enjoy it, I was even helped by store associates saying this was the best purchase they had available, boy were they wrong and mods aren’t cheap, this shop is very pricey and the employees don’t really have enough information or knowledge too properly help you make a decision
