I had a great experience. Normally don't give 5 stars bc no business is perfect...but with that being said there's nothing I would change or say needs to be improved. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of every product they sold. Were able to explain in great detail on every question I had. I called before I came and the person that answered the phone never rushed me and answered every question I had. Encourged me to come to the store so she could help me. I even spent less on my purchases than at another location, so I decided to buy another juice. One girl offered me a half priced item (that was only on sale bc they had extras, but wouldn't be on sale much longer) I was able to get 2 great quality juices for a better price- which she could had tried to get more money out of me by encouraging me to buy a full priced bottle but instead helped me save money. I was even given a half off on a favor bc I purchased a kit. They also have a nice lounge area with a flat screen where u could come and chill if u wanted. They have plenty of amazing flavors to choose from, and a book u could flip through to see their many flavors. Also have in house flavors. Since I'm a person that doesn't make my mind up easily, I was impressed most by there person that helped me. She showed me every one I pointed out and was able to help me make a great choice. I will continue to go back again and again* Oh and thanks again for saving me money in the end. Greatly appreciated!

Stopped by on Saturday morning to build new coils on my Hades / Cerberus combo. J.J. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend paying them a visit, you won't be disappointed! BTW, if you're tired of seeing clones for $100, they are an authentic only shop with great prices and great selection of juice!

Every employee here is really great. They always have the answers to my questions, always have a recommendation when I can't decide what flavor to try, and most importantly always treat me like a friend instead of just another customer. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

This place is okay.... I mean I travel to shops all over Texas so I'm not talking noise. The flavors always seem to have an after taste. The prices are high like 30$ for a 60mil bottle. So far I haven't seen any deals, or stickers for a half off type of option. The atmosphere is alright I guess. But if you don't go there every week they will not remember you and always ID you, which is annoying to me. So have your I'Ds ready

I love this place. Over two years ago I went in looking to get off of cigs, John was super helpful, taking time to answer questions and give pro tips. I was really bummed when we moved to Colorado since all the shops up there only sold premixed liquid. Needless to say, the day we got back to Tyler I was in the shop. Never feel rushed, people are always helpful and patient. Total kudos to these guys.

I love this place. Everyone there is extremely helpful. I really appreciated that they offered curb service when everything else was shut down. Some days it took calling a few times before getting thru but we all had adjustments to make and they still offered a great service.
