The absolute best vape/smoke shop I’ve ever been to. This is my sixth or seventh time here. If you’re in Tyler and you need anything vape related, they’ve got it. Their house juice is absolutely amazing. It’s buy one get one free on Tuesdays. They have an awesome rewards program for their juices as well. Captain crunch is now my go to. It’s spot on and delicious. They have the latest and greatest on the market regarding delta products. Everything I’ve gotten from them has been gas. You literally cannot go wrong. They have a Longview store too. The owners and associates are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The service at this place should set the standard for the industry in my opinion. Thanks again guys!

This man’s customer service is on point, because of KY this is now my #1 place to go when I need anything. Definitely recommend checking out the store on LOOP 323, you won’t be disappointed.

Brains is the place to go for all your vape necessities!! Huge inventory and even better prices!! Brain, ky, and josh are so kind and they know their inventory well and can give you very helpful suggestions if need be. Absolutely my favorite place to go for vapes and will not go anywhere else. Also he has another store in Longview too.

Brain's Smoke and Vape Shop is one of the rare occurrences where the owner and the employees actually know a thing or 2 about the vaping culture and hobby all together. I had been looking for something specific that 5 or 6 other vape shops didn't have. When they didn't have one themselves, they offered to order me one and give me a call when it arrived. Honestly, that is the best service I've ever had in any vape shop to date. Along with great service and fun personalities and professionalism, their selection was that of my vaping dreams. The selection of juice, mods, tanks and misc. was amazing and diverse. Absolutely an amazing experience and a wonderful shop. Brain's S&V will be my go-to vape shop from here on out.

I drive across town to come to this smoke shop. I buy all my delta 8/10, all my glass, all my vapes here. Everyone working there has great knowledge on all the products. And if the shop isnt busy, they dont mind really taking their time with you and helping you find exactly what you need. All of them have a lot of personal experience with products which helps a lot when trying to make an informed purchases. Overall this is my favorite shop. Didnt realize how much i cared for customer experience until i started seeing how unfriendly most shops are in Tyler. I respect these guys and glad my money is going to their business.

I went into the shop not really knowing what I needed. The guy working (cannot remember his name) was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what my issue is, taking rx sleeping meds every night to sleep, and I want to stop taking them. He showed me so many options then helped me narrow it down. He wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store and I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was inexperienced.
