Vape City

This is my second time coming here and I mostly likely will never be back. First time I went I had to argue with the employee who didn't know anything when I knew what coil I needed for my mod and this second time not only do they apparently not have correct change had to ask for my change first and receipt and once I left they still ended up giving me the wrong coil when I pointed at the one I needed and said out loud which one I needed -.- so disappointing

Please AVOID buying from this place , not only this location but ALL their locations. They sell defective stuff and DAMAGED stuff and when you want to return they would not do it , EVEN new with receipt! My husband bought there catridge battery vape which won’t work, spent money and they even didn’t want to listen to him.
Save your money and spend it at a different business.
Not only that the stuff is SUPER disrespectful!

I was honestly shocked and not in a good way. Not only was the price a little higher them the typical stores (but I understand this place is 24/hr so it compensates for the extra few bucks) but I was recommended a particular flavor/brand that they sold in store an alternative for not having my particular flavor/brand I normally purchase. However, when I tried this “recommended” product before leaving it had this extreme different and OFF taste. It was supposed to be fruity and instead I asked “is this crème brûlée because it tastes burnt or something?” And they employee and tried and tested it himself and agreed that was not what it was supposed to taste like and nothing what he was referring to. But couldn’t replace..? Or offer a refund… SMH I was pretty upset because I bought one from last store and had an unsatisfying experience from its purchase. So it just was a double bummer for me unfortunately:/

I came in last night and Abby was Amazing she was super sweet and nice had the most beautiful smile ever and most pleasant greeting! It was my first time in the store all I wanted was an escobar and she made sure even though I only wanted one that I knew about their deal they had going on , she also helped me with flavor Choices she was Just all around very beautiful as a person and it shocked me when she told me it was only her 4th day, like wow ! Definitely will be back ! And I bought 2 just cause she was so dope !🤍

Great vape store and it’s 24/7 woke up this morning, and only place that was open in San Antonio. Armando - district Manager was very knowledgeable about the store items and vaping. The store it’s self is very well kept and clean, the displays were very in front with a variety of different sub olm tanks, brands for vaping and salt nic vape, but they carry way more products. I would give this store a 10 out of 10.

ALERT!!!!! DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE, this store will sell you damaged defective stuff and will never return your money or not even exchange with receipt. The stuff is rude!

Bought a scale, a water pipe and two three packs of voopoo TPP-DM2 atomizer. Leaving the parking lot, I opened up the box to the scale - box was devoid of the scale. The employee on duty went ahead and refunded me the money, but he has absolutely no business working at a vape shop. He sold me the atomizers at nearly 3.5x less than the MSRP calls for. He'll end up losing the company a good amount of money if his superior doesn't take the initiative to train him better.

Wasn’t allowed to use reward. Called other store and they said I could use it if I dove to that location. Ask how I can talk to a manager just stonewalled. Received text message saying come to the store for your reward, wouldn’t show it, and when I’m there they just said oh well. This was saturday 17th 11:00am. Terrible customer service experience, why send out promotions and then not let people use them

I always have a great experience at vape city I come all of the time! Armando and all staff are very helpful, and always get me just what I’m looking for!

First time in this store was 2 nights ago, Abby & Armando were amazing , they made sure I had full knowledge of everything and also made sure I knew of the deal on there esco bars didnt even know yall had 7 locations in San Antonio, super friendly store , good vibes and energy , definitely will be back 🙂
