Bought a $20 pen, the battery kept turning off within a few min. I bought 2, one worked perfectly that's how I know the other one was defective.
I went back to talk to one of the sales rep and was told that it was not defective.
He kept on giving excuse after excuse to try and say that it was not defective.
I know that there are reviews that the owners respond to and say tell them to the item open before they leave the store.
But I have not been told to inspect the item that is brand new by other stores.
They lost a customer over $20, I tend to spend $100 each time I go, there's a 4/20 and planet k down the street, no biggie for me.
