First time buying CBD products. Both the manager/owner and associate were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as good at making you feel comfortable in the environment. As someone who suffers from PTSD and is weary of things that could make it worse, I appreciated their honesty and hospitality and making me comfortable in my decision. Very satisfied.

Staff was not helpful and had no answers to my questions about any of the products. I bought the cbd delta 8 concentrate. It was not sealed only a twist cap.. and the code to scan on the package to bring up the COA /labs on the product but it only takes u to a website that does not even list that product. I reached out to SA Fulfillment the site it takes you too but still have not received any response and the emails I sent get sent back saying invalid address. It also does not weigh what the package says it does. I noticed the packaging seems a little sketchy and can't seem to find a company by the name Golden CBD the website is SA Fulfilment? I don't know ... I heard this place was great. But my experience was not so great either time I visited.

I recently bought a puff bar plus strawberry kiwi , called to let them know when I opened it wasn’t working. I paid $14.97 didn’t use it once and just to be told sorry they couldn’t do anything about it,basically getting robbed. I live down the street was very convenient but after today’s experience NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!! However I bought another one at Alien Smokeshop on Nacogdoches if it ever happens there they give you a new one, Rather spend my money somewhere I don’t get robbed!
