Love Hazelsky, it's the only smoke and vape shop that myself and my friend's use. Been going for years and have enjoyed watching them grow and expand. I will most definitely be doing more reviews for their other locations as well. This one..it's good. It's the nicest looking...but too corporate feeling..which for me..kills the vibe. If you want the absolute best experience, the location on Fredericksburg and Callaghan is the best and always has been! Either way team Hazel, keep up the work!

I have visited so far all the HAZEL SKY locations and the one on portranco is by far my favorite! My husband and I go to get juice for our vapes also coils and I’ve even bought a candle that is just absolutely devine. The employees and manager are all kind and helpful. What stands out most is how friendly Omar the manager is. Omar treats us as if we’ve been friends for years. Thanks to Hazel Sky and their selection of Quantum Kratom I rarely need otc or prescription pain meds, Even while I cycle off for a week. I have severe arthritis even cbd doesn't help that much. Thanks y'all

I have purchased 4 Vapes (Smok) from Hazel Key on 151 and over 30+ juices just since I purchased my Vapes. My Alien vape has never charged since I purchased it. I have gone to the shop several times and all they have done was replace the batteries. No one stopped to figure out why my batteries were not charging, instead, they were being lazy and replacing the batteries each time. Today when the guy looked at my Vape, he said well it won't even turn on. Then he refused to help me! Shouldn't the fact that it won't charge..and NEVER HAS.. and the workers only replaced the batteries instead of trying to figure out what was wrong with it..be reason enough to do the right thing and replace it? The warranty says to take it to the shop first. He requested to see that in writing like dude you don't know the warranty on your own products you sell? And why don't you look it up on your own phone since you were the one who sold it to me! It is still under warranty. He again refused to replace it, because he doesn't honor the web instructions. So now I have to pay to send it back to Smok. I will be reporting them to Smok as well. Do not ever go to this shop!! They sell defective merchandise..from God knows where..then will not honor your warranty!!!

just ok. I won't be back in again. service is just ok, the guy didn't really seem to know what he was talking about. nothing like the deer in the headlights look when asking a question about a coil. juice prices are high.
