Excellent customer service. Just went in here for the first time and Dorian was great in helping me out with getting new coils and a new juice. He knew his product based on my preferences I told him about. You can try all juices they have which is rare in most shops. As you try, he has a little board to place the tanks of the flavors you like, dislike, on the fence about. I thought it was very organized. Price point is decent for the area.

Stewart did the absolute most to help me get my favorite creamsicle mini vape up again! The flavors he suggested were spot on and everything I hoped they would be! I love the minty fruit flavor that is the iced apple! If you haven't shopped here I really suggest it and say hi from me!

Best shop hands down. Came in to check out the place, guy behind the counter had his hands full with myself and another customer when someone walked in asking for help with a faulty button on a device. Guy welcomed him and troubleshooted the device on the spot while he tended everyone else at the same time effortlessly. Took care of everyone, fixed the guys mod and I felt at home. Definitely my go to shop from now on!

Really great shop. Excellent customer service and they take time help choose flavors they don't try to rush you out like I have experienced at other stores. They also helped me fix my vape which other stores wouldn't even try to help.

Usually enjoy this place, but today after picking my brother up from a week long visit to the hospital, I need to pick up some 0mg vape juice for him, since he isnt allowed to have nicotine any longer. Went in, the gentleman was very kind, so I'll not name him, let me try a few juices, liked the ones I got, and spent over 100, including tip, went to the parking lot to try said juices, and turns out it was a completely different juice, went in, and was unable to get them swapped, all I could get after spending so much money, was a 20% discount on another juice. I simply left, leaving the juices behind.

I have just met an amazing, beautiful, and eccentric woman whom provided the best customer service. She was the most knowledgable person about her craft I have spoken with out of any vapor shop I've been to. I was so impressed and smitten, if she would have recommended sominila poisoning I probably would have bought it.
