Well there's alot a can say but who really read it.. LOL!!!!! This is by far the best customer service that I've seen I'm a super long time.. I love going here to buy my black and mild. They always make sure I have the fresh.. Great job!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and they are always super nice to me! If there’s ever a problem with a vape they switch it out for me right then and there and always encourage you to try the vape in store so they can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!

Eddie was super helpful, very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. 10/10 would recommend stopping by if you need any products of any variety! Beautiful glass as well!

I went into the store possibly looking to buy a new kit.
Right when i went in, this guy Eddie comes to me and asked if i needed any help.

I proceeded to talk to him about possibly getting a new vape kit because disposables were getting kind of an expensive expense for me, and he pointed to the mods that best fit my need.

We started to talk about the looks of them, and told him that red was my favorite color, and BAM there was a red one, the last one, that looked really awesome, and ended up buying the kit, plus batteries, juice, and everything else needed that he recommended.

He was a very great salesman, and the vape store itself looked awesome as well. It was a great experience to have in the store, and i would HIGHLY recommend coming to it.

Went into Sam's tobacco and Vapes last night before closing had a pleasant experience left with two elf bars. Of course whenever I get home one of the elf bars is staying on it won't go off and getting real hot and I had just bought it so I took it in this morning and she exchanged it for me for another one well I leave there of course it works in the store I leave and it's doing the same thing as the one I just exchanged so I call and ask if I can exchange it again just for the same vape cuz maybe it's a bad box of Vapes. And was told no that's horrible customer service to seal the deal because I would spend a lot of money in that store. I'm an Uber / lift driver I get asked all the time from my passengers of recommendations for vape stores and I could have been real good for their business but not now. It's not like I was asking for a refund I just wanted to exchange it because the same thing was happening to the one that had already exchanged I work hard for my money.

So i’ve been a regular customer since the place first opened and I can definitely say it’s only gotten better with time. I always get amazing service whenever I go and it has since become the only smoke shop I go to. From the variety of options to even the recommendations I get, I have never been disappointed. I can definitely say in comparison to any other shop i’ve been in, this one is always so clean and very well organized. This place is definitely one i’d recommend everytime and will always stand by. This shop never disappoints and a big thanks for a pleasant experience everytime!

Great selection of items and they have more than what you see any other typical shop. Many items here I had not seen in other shops across the metroplex. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. This will be my go-to shop from now on!
