The guys are really nice. They are friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and the prices are good. The selection of glass is limited, but nice. Definitely worth checking out

These guys are truly the one stop youll need to make for about any kind of smoking device or assister that you could want minus large and complicated waterpipes. The staff is super useful, and it is in a good location

The team did there best with the out dated material I brought in. The guy that helped me out discovered, along with myself, that my vape battery was not dedicated to only one type of tank but so many more. I would say 4.5 the only negative is the lack of color selection but I'm ok with that......for now.

The owner (Jimmy) is a wonderful person and makes sure the store is always stocked with the latest electronic cigarettes and accessories. They also have a wide variety of vape juice brands and many vape juice flavors to choose from. Be sure to stop by this store if you haven't done so yet!

Initially, our experience seemed to be a decent one. However, we bought a torch lighter during the visit that came with a "free" can of butane... And once we got home, we realized there was something wrong. We weren't sure if the issue was with the can of butane or the torch itself. The next day we had to make a trip up to the airport and were planning to stop by another shop since this one would be so out of the way. We had the torch with us and were planning to ask to test it out with another can of butane to assess where the issue was. This shop was about 20 minutes away.. but ultimately we thought it would be better to bring it into the place that we got it and hopefully get a replacement or a replacement can of butane. When we arrived, it was the same guy working as our last visit.

Again, we thought we'd be going to a different store and didn't think having the can of butane with us would be necessary and chose only to bring the torch.. But the guy who sold it to us refused to acknowledge an issue with it and said it was filling up fine. "It requires a light touch," he told me- probably not realizing just how often I have refilled a torch.

He would NOT give us another can to make it right and would not exchange the torch without the box either. It frustrated me, because either item SHOULD BE useless to him anyways-- at least that is if he wasn't planning to rip off another customer with our returned items.

Much the same as he did when he sold us a piece for 40$, after saying it was 45$, when it was marked clearly as 40$ on the bottom.. He sold us a can of butane for 5$, acting as if he was giving us a cut from 10$. Butane doesn't cost 10$ anywhere lol. Unfortunately, it was another 5$ wasted because the issue is definitely with the torch and the flame is stuck tiny (and useless) and will not refill (possibly leaking?)- and yes, it's turned up fully and we've tried adjusting it in every way possible. Considering everything, I would never return here to buy anything.. And I could not recommend it to anyone else, in fact, I'd recommend to find whatever you're looking for somewhere else. There are plenty of better shops around Dallas.

Jimmy (owner) has over the months become a personal friend of mine. They provide really good/affordable vape juice, and even some custom flavors/specialties as well (found house blend vanilla pudding there, which out of the hundreds of vape stores I've been I couldnt find 1 who did this - this is my favorite flavor)

They also provide small business made glassware, and other accessories/novelties - they also provide kratom that's both high quality and competitive in price. The owner and employees/regulars are extremely knowledgeable and can answer almost any questions about their products honestly.
