Wish I could do 0 stars! Bought a new vape device and could not get it to stop leaking. Returned to the store twice to get help and was told I could not exchange for a device that worked. So, they have a zero return policy. Wish I knew that before I purchased anything. I would find a shop that works with the customer and not blame the type of e-juice you use. Really?

I used to drive out of my way just to go here. The employees and owner and so kind to us. I usually have to bring my 5 year old with me as I usually stop on our way home from school and they are always so sweet to her. Their prices are low but their e liquid is amazing. So glad I moved closer to it 😊

Terrible customer service, the guy refuses to answer basic questions over pricing and insists you come into the store and tries to waste your time under the guise of protecting his store from competitors. Every other store I called had no issue with this besides this one angry foreign guy from this store. Look elsewhere because all you are gonna get is horrible customer service!!

Always have a great experience with this staff. I go here a couple of times a week for my Juul pods and other liquids. These guys are friendly, professional and always ready to give advice. Keep up the good work!

This place is decent. Many flavors to offer. They mix themselves, so you can get the flavor and mL pretty quick. Quality...meh,but not bad in a pinch. Customer service? Well...they get it done, but they always seem like they'd rather be somewhere else.
My spot is Artisan Vapor. Better quality and service. However, in a pinch...this place is fine and less than 5min from me.

I've had trouble with vapes in the past but the salesman set me up and thoroughly explained how to refill and maintain. Good vibes store too. Will be back.
