I found this shop online, and the reviews were awesome, so therefore; I decided to pay them as visit. I must say, the inventory and display were top notch. Not to exclude, that their prices are reasonable. I will make this my stop for my glassware.

I started going to Asylum a month or so again, and I think it is hands down the best smoke shop in the area. Travis was extremely helpful and patient, and engaged my wife and I in lively conversation for almost an hour. The store is very clean and well-organized, and it is a pleasure to do business there.

Connor helped my find a new bowl for my water pipe and was extremely nice and helpful. Told me a lot of information about some of the expensive pieces they have. Overall a great experience and will defiantly come back here!

Went in this past Sunday (10/16/2016) and had the worst customer experience of my life. Usually the staff is really cool but I'd never seen this guy before. Big white dude with a ton of hair. Asked him to see a couple pipes. He gave me a hard time for not knowing the name of a glass blower. Asked him if one of the pipes was glass since it had felt different than the others, and couldn't have been ruder about it. He literally tossed it onto one of the shelves with pipes on display to make a loud glass noise to show how stupid my question was, on top of his rude remarks. Then mumbled weird under his breathe as I left. No matter how dumb my question is about your products, your job is to answer those questions. Needless to say, i won't be going back there.

Nice big store. Unfortunately every time I give this place a chance I get disappointed. I came twice on separate occasion to get a juul chargers which they were out of both times. Today I came to get juul pods which for the generic typically go for 14.99 they were selling it for 20.

Go down the street to Vapor Bar for reasonable pricing and better customer service

I had a Smok stick prince and really loved it, but I lost it. My fiance was by this shop and offered to stop by and get me a new one. The person behind the counter was very rude to her and ran her out of the store.

I was sold what was described by the label as a ROOR. The product I received was not by the manufacturer in question, and instead was a product of an unknown 'Troy Glass'. Upon discovering the mishap I attempted to return my unused piece calmly, only to be cursed at profusely, and told the illegal misrepresentation of a product due to laziness on their part was not only sensible, but in fact my fault for trusting the associates. Truly the worst experience I've had in the customer service industry. Not only this, but the 50% mark-up on nearly all products as opposed to neighboring head shops is quite absurd. Legal recourse will be followed shortly. (In response to "owner") I explained clearly over the phone that there were demarcations, and these did not match it line with the manufacturer's, which was in fact the grounds for my claim. We spoke for approximately 5 minutes, most of which consisted of you cursing for lack of words, and certainly lasted nowhere near an hour. Next, you told me the ROOR pieces sold for well over $300 at your shop at best (which you haven't carried for quite a while you explained), so it certainly was not mislabeled. You additionally informed me that yourself, as a head shop employee, was lazy, and this is why you misrepresented the product as a ROOR and was unwilling to change a basic label. Lastly, in response to your retort that the products sold for the same price, this clearly isn't true as we have both previously explained. I do thank you, though, as you do a good job of arguing my point for me

Stopped by after work, the employee (wish I got his name) was extremely friendly and helpful and I will without a doubt be back!!

I bought this pen, and it came out defective, I returned with the item and the invoice, and the impolite seller said that they did not sell this product, when around the sideboard he said yes but that he would not give me a guarantee, it is a junk product and the attention of the type dire ...

Eh generic head shop a little pricey...a few years ago it was alot more inviting not shure what happened but they had a speciality item i was looking for so thats cool!
