I go there alot as they are closest to my home and they changed staff about 2 months ago since then both me and my girl friend prefer to drive the extra 30 minutes to smoke shack

Really good service, every time that I come into this place. Kudos to Faatima Daniel. Great positive attitude, always greet me everytime I come in and shows me all the good vapes that they offer. I work the service industry and is always appreciative of good service and it amazing that you can go to a vape shop and experience amazing service like that, thank you Faatima and I will continue to be a customer at Smokers paradise in New Caney. First time in new location. My husband and I had a great experience. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the man who helped us but he was like a big teddy bear and he was just as welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in talking to us. I sure hope he will be there on our next visit. If I have one negative thing to say, it would be that the lights were way too bright. I understand the reason behind it but it was just a bit too much. But, I would still recommend the shop to anyone looking for vape or smoke supplies and the best part for us is the selection of tattoo supplies they have. Better than any other place around.

I have only been there twice, but so far pretty good! Huge selection of premium juice. Super friendly and knowledgeable people who work here. On the outside it looks like it might be crappie. Don't let looks bother you! On the inside they have plenty of neat things! Way more than just Ejuice. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to sample all the different flavors and they have plenty. I'm still going to give this place 5 stars. Their cigarettes are pretty fair priced.

Some great gifts. The young lady (employee #6) was most pleasant, patient, and engaging towards shoppers. The inside is nicely done and the parking lot is nice. I'll return. I was referred by friends (today in fact) and they were right. Enjoy.
