These guys are top notch to say the least ! Been here twice and received the best service of any place I've been to lately ; this includes restaurants as well . Supremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. It's hard to find people that pride themselves in what they do , and he showed a genuine interest in our needs and the purpose of our visit which goes beyond simple salesmanship. Mad props to you guys, and we will see you Wednesday to follow up on our wonderful deal you provided us in faith , and that was so appreciated!Not many people know how to treat their patrons to ensure perpetual business, and you sir are not one of them 😁 so happy to have walked in your establishment. Wow after all these years of vaping i have honestly got to say i have found a vape shop i will continue going to. Jason and his family treated me as if i was someone they have known for years. i just met them today and i am amazed!!! great vibes and would highly recommend this place to everyone! Any information needed about vaping will be at ease at this place. Definitely answered all my questions plus more!!! gained a life time customer here!!! 35 mins from my apartment and is worth every bit of time to get there. wish i can give this place more than 5 stars cause they deserve it!!! The place in Tip top shop,very clean, and ALOT of varieties of juice and vapes to choose from. Again very nice people.

I went in needing to replace the glass on my tank (oddball size glass) the owner is a super nice lady. She took my tank apart and pulled out a small box of different assorted glasses and went through seven or eight different pieces before she found one that fit perfect. She noticed my cotton was becoming discolored and pulled out a handy little tool kit and asked me if I wanted to rewick my tank while I was in there. We got it taken care of filled up the tank made sure the glass sealed right. She hooked it up with a vape band so I wouldn't break my glass again and then told me that the band and the glass were free! Super nice family-owned shop she even had little alcohol wipes to clean off my vape and my hands when I was done lol.
whenever I'm in New Braunfels this is officially my new favorite vape shop very highly recommended. The selection is excellent 👌if you need something, chances are they've got you covered

I've been going to another place in town for 3 years. I went to Vapetastic for the first time a few weeks back. I won't go anywhere else but here from now on. They are lovely! Prices are great! Incredible selection of juice and vapes. Excited to go tomorrow for more juice and next month for a new vape! I can't believe I didn't know that they've been here a while year!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN A VAPE SHOP. They are Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about vaping. They have a vary tasty line up of juices and they are getting more in all the time. I would recommend this place to everyone whether it be a beginer just getting in to vaping or the experienced vaper.

I love this place!!! Everyone is so nice there. I can just come in and sit, chill, and vape. They also are always really stocked up. I think there was only 1 time I came in and they had no new juices. They're great.
