This place is cool when you are a new customer and you tell them that. Go back a few times and you see new people always working. Not helpful with anything! I bought a 3Chi cart, it tasted awful and they traded it out for me. It was a hassle to get the guy to do it. I chalked it up to him saying he was fairly new. But it got worse a few days later. Another situation on Wednesday, bought 4 vapes of 2 different brands. The Bang XXL was awful and I called the next morning to ask about an exchange. I was told to come in the next day during the evening because they didn't know how to do it. I go in and the girl working says she can't help me. I ask about a manager and nobody knows who the manager is, they have never met the manager. I have over 500 points racked up with my purchases over a week. For them to not assist me just tells me they don't want my business. I am taking my business somewhere else. Two issues within a week, and now I am out over $40 for junk vapes.
I also want to say, I bought a specific brand of vapes here and somewhere else. They don't last as long from Vape City. Be warned people. Nobody knows who the manger is, or they have a number written down to call if they need a manager. But the workers have never met a manager and they have people working there without knowledge of how to correct issues with products. It would have been nice for a manager to talk to me, but couldn't be bothered. I even asked if I could leave my name and number but was told to come back again. Hell no.

Overpriced. I had to get a vape at 2:00 in the morning. They are open. Be warned. They are double the cost of anything I've ever bought before. I have like 5 VooPoo Drag devices. I've never paid more than $50 for anyone of them. Each of them being different, IE Pro, X, etc. For an older VooPoo drag, $100. Insane.

Email for corporate is right on the door. Corporate not only answers promptly but takes care of business. There are lots of vaporizing and edible choices in a variety of c BD strains. There are plenty of tobacco products. They even have something called kratom. So if you're looking for that stop by. Maybe talk to the blonde curly hair dude he's more helpful. 😁Dee

Started going to Vape City on Hwy 365 about a month ago, this store is awesome, and the employees are super nice and very helpful, and prices and selection is great, will continue shopping here, only, will definitely recommend to others, cool place to shop!

Where are the prices?? Why are things not labeled? A customer does not want to have to ask how much the products are. More convenient for you AND the customer. #2 When a customer calls to see if you have specific coils and is told no, then shows up his or herself to find out that you actually do...that's just bad business. #3 The cheapest 60ml bottle...24.99??? Um, about $10 higher than anywhere else, for the same brands. Not good. Gotta shape up. The 24 hr convenience is all that will keep this place alive if these things don't change.

Do yourself a favor and go to Boomtown vapor, or even the plug… Prices are 3x higher than anywhere else. They do not honor text deals that are sent out. All new people who don’t know what’s going on, no prices on anything so if you wanna know the employee has to scan every single thing that you want a price on. I paid $40 day before yesterday for a $12 bottle of juice. Didn’t know the price before it was rang up and then i just bought it out of anxiety. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

Went in here and was torn between purchasing two devices. The salesman said if I wasn’t satisfied with it that he could provide a refund in the form of store credit. I came back a few days later and realized this wasn’t true. I was unable to get a refund in the form of store credit even with my receipt because my device wasn’t performing as I had expected. I’ve vaped for 10 years and can confidently say to avoid this shop at all costs. The markups are outrageous and you can get the same product down the road at boomtown for $20 less. If it’s the middle of the night and you need Vape supplies, you’re better off buying a disposable from Walgreens to hold you over until the next morning. I purchased a new device from boomtown vapor and they told me that I have a 10 day window to bring the device back if I have ANY issues with it. This place isn’t going to last long if that’s how they treat their customers. The manager offered to swap my coil, but it’s the makeup of the whole mod itself that doesn’t sit well with me.
