I've bought 4 vaping devices from them over the last year. 2 different Smok nords, a Voopoo Drag S and a Voopoo Drag X Plus. Everything was great. I bought the Voopoo Drag X Plus about a week ago, and it stopped working. I took it back, he spent a bit trying to troubleshoot to figure out the issues and when he determined it was a manufacturer defect, he replaced the Drag X Plus on the spot, without me asking or anything. Amazing customer service.

Best vape shop I've been to. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and strive to make sure you have a great visit. Have the best prices, on the highest quality kratom, and anything else you may need. Great people, have been since they opened. The bad reviews, they're just from grumpy people!! Over-priced. I wanted to try and like this shop but they are ridiculously marked up for a pack of coils that were produced in 2016-2018 based on Aspire's Quality Assurance code. Bet my bottom dollar that was the quickest way to not gain a customer.

I purchased 3 bottles of the in house made e juices at $29 per 60 ml bottle so they weren’t cheap. The cheesecake and French vanilla smell great but that’s about as far is the positives go they have a pretty rough throat hit and taste awful. I really thought I would like these after smelling them but they taste nothing like they smell. The staff was great but the products were a serious let down

The coils were brand new and the tanks were cleaned before filling. The customer support is great but I am no longer in the area to swing by

Couldn't ask for a better place! Brandon spent all the time I needed and answered all my questions. Huge selection with great prices and a very knowledgeable staff. I'm glad this place is right in my own hometown but if it wasn't I would drive past 10 other shops to get to this place.

Came in today to buy some disposable vapes and was always wondering about CBD and Delta 8 products. Dylan was so very helpful! They answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable in the products they had in stock. Upon walking out of the shop, one of our vapes was a dud. They exchanged it with no problem. I only come to this vape shop when near the area, wish I lived a little closer to it for it is one the best vape shops I've been to.
