We just went by and the young man working tonight needs more practice with customer service or just needs to find another job NOT Involving Customer service!!!
He was very rude&yelled at us and another car. Us and another car drove up waited for a while. Another car drives up then the guy decides to come out. But instead of helping us or the other car that was there first. He wants to help the other car and when we said something& the other car said something he wants to yell at us "we could leave if we didn't wanna wait any longer."
So if the owner or one of the boss's read this please reach out to us because that was just NOT ok & NOT how you treat customers!!!
Don't get me wrong we love this place but the young man tonight seemed as if he didn't wanna be there or as if he didn't enjoy his job.

Went for a cheap Tabasco grinder. Granted I was in the drive through, but I told the Raven haired clerk what I was looking for. She came back with something more expensive than I was wanting to spend, but bought it anyway. Little did I know that upon inspection it was beat up and severely scratched. Had I been informed I would've passed. Usually I receive excellent service, but this was disappointing...

But a $40 refillable vape took it home and charged it for over an hour and the stupid thing still did not work call them back and was told they don't do refunds or exchanges. I won't be buying anything else from this place

I enjoy window shopping here. The prices are very high and I wish they would have better deals. Because of this I only visit the store maybe once a month. Great staff with good customer service.

Iām not from Texas but needed Kratom. I usually use white elephant but the staff was very knowledgeable about which one I should get that is similar. I was impressed with this store.

Pretty decent selection if you're a meth addict or like that synthetic marijuana garbage. I went in there to the 34th location for a premium cigar. Aside the fact their humidor is tiny, it doesn't seem very humid or well maintained because the cigar I bought was dry and started cracking as soon as I cut it (not to mention it had no band and none of the workers even knew what brand it was). Price was reasonable for what I got though and still a decent selection of other tobacco products.

Use to love this place. Staff is great except for one employee. No matter what she's the only one who always gives me trouble and has a bad attitude. I tried talking with the manager but they pretended I had the wrong location and hung up in my face.

There glass is cheap and they know it, instead of showing concerne, they were more worried about giving a 10% discount towards purchasing a new defective piece of glass. Ha like I want to waste another dollar with someone who must not remember what it's really worth. .
