This is hands down my favorite vape shop. They have everything and they love their regulars! The managers are really kind, and if you have a request for something they don’t have, they will make a note of it and order it just for you! Highly recommend

OMG, came to visit from Miami and needed hookah stuff and by far I felt back at home and customer service was great. Tine Marie was the best and awesome customer service, very polite and knows so much. Keep her around because she is awesome!! Overall if I coukd rate 10 stars I would!

Nice place.... if you smoke so you have to visit Chill Zone 3. The customer service is awesome Miss Tina and Ezat are both take their customers as their family members and they are very helpful. Another thing which I can't believe is their low prices for high quality of products. I have been to a lot of smoke shops but the items and their quality which I found was awesome and have never seen anywhere else..... I bought a Hookah and vape for me. Thanks a lot Chill Zone 3

They just lost a customer because apparently I wasn't as important as the people who walked in behind me! So I feel my money is not important y them and they didn't even have the right coil I needed and couldn't take the time to help me wanted to help the people behind me. So I won't be going back there again.

Tina is the best! She provided exceptional customer service! I want to learn about vape (1st time user) and it took me forever! I was literally asking every possible questions about every vape product, she answered every question politely, wasn't rushing me or getting irritated or anything. That mean ALOT to me as i was very nervous about trying these products and was skeptical about them actually working. She was very knowledgeable about the products there and bring a great vibe to the shop! I left feeling completely confident in the products I purchased. I will definitely be back!
