Amazing experience here at the Xpress. Brian was super accommodating, helped me narrow down my choices and provided in depth knowledge of each of the mods i was concerned about. One stop shop for all your vaping needs! I'd give it 6 stars if i could! Walking out with a Gold on Red Snow wolf Tank Kit! Happy with my purchase. This store is practicing social distancing. Upon entry I was pleased to find that the store was clean and well organized. I was immediately greeted by the staff. Dom of Xpress smoke shop was very friendly and knowledgeable about products. I was able to pick up exactly what I needed. I was pleased to find the item was in stock and priced at a reasonable and affordable rate. Also, U was actually sold the correct product! The last time I shopped at a vape store they sold me the wrong coils and refused to make the situation right. Thank you express smoke shop for stellar customer service and an experience that was worth having! I will frequent this location for my future vaping needs again.

This is a nice shop, however we bought pods from here and our liquid leaked out of them and turned dark after 2 days. We tried another out of the pack, same thing straight liquid in your mouth. So I called asked if they could give me a discount if I gave them the last unopened pod and paid the difference however they said no. Good shop just horrible customer service.
