Poor Customer Service Defective Product Cash Payment Issues

We were sold a vape battery that didn't work, but the store clerk argued with my partner about it and basically stole $10 dollars from us, because he would not let us get a replacement that was the same price as the battery that wouldn't work. Be sure to always pay with a card here because you may have to have the charges reversed, sad we paid with cash and were treated so rudely, will not be returning to this shop for sure
