Artisan Vapor moved from Westheimer to Shepherd and I wasn’t aware. I went by the old location one day before closing and saw that it was closed. I couldn’t tell that they had moved. I wrote a 1 star review, as I thought they had chosen to close early. Jesse James, the district manager responded. He offered his phone number to call to explain my experience. He was extremely apologetic and told me he would take care of my piece of glass and a bottle of juice.Thank you, Artisan Vapor!

Absolutely Love Jasmine I came into the store and she knew exactly what she was talking about, I do not like coming here usually due to the fact that both of the male employees are overbearing as I am here with my female companion once and they were rather rude and spoke a little too much I hope they both can learn from Jasmines social interactions and better themselves.
