I recently purchased a 2 bay battety charger and one the bays stopped charging. So i called 380 vapes and explained my situation. The guy on the other line told me maybe the batteries are messed up. I had just purchased a new set of samsung 18650 3500mah the day before. He asked me if there where any parts of the battery messed up. I told him i purchased them brand new. He told me all sales where final. I asked him i just wanted to exchange the defective equipment i purchased. He told me all he could do was give me a percentage of another i had to purchase. So now im stick with a brand new 2 bay charging unit that only charges one side. I told him no im ok i will not be coming to this establishment again....poor customer service my regular vape shop would've exchanged it no questions asked.
