I have been in this store on a few occasions. The first time I went in I bought a water pipe. When I got home I notices a small chip in the base that compromised the integrity of the glass. I brought it back and they replaced it because they knew the chip was not made by me. The second time I went in I brought a Kangar Pro Tank 2 and some e-juice. The juice was ok however I wasn't too thrilled paying 10.00 for 10ml of juice when I can go elsewhere and get 30ml for 14.00. That was a bummer. I think as e-cigs circulate more their pricing will go down. The other thing is on every occasion that I visited the store- there was excellent customer service. The people in the store took the time to educate me on what I was buying as well as the equivalents available to me. Great store!

Really good shop, prices are a bit high on some of the vape items, but understandibly so considering they do not have sister stores I don't believe. Very helpful and opened way earlier than other smoke shops on a Saturday morning...they open at 9 whereas others don't open until 10. I grabbed some batteries(18650) two for 20 which is not bad. Location is not good as you can't see it from Preston Rd which is bad for drive by business.

Pipes papes and Vapes is a top notch establishment. Really great selection and veriety with fair prices on all the products. The current location that they are in is pretty new, probably not more than 3 years old, but they've been around for years. The old location was tucked behind a hotel a CVS and a couple of other questionable businesses so the new location is definitely an upgrade. Staff is really friendly, of course they're not going to give you a class in how to use every single item that they offer, but they will help you. I would describe the environment at pipes papes and Vapes as being laid back comfortable and discreet. Also they offer a loyalty program where you can sign up and earn points which is really cool if your frequent shopper. They also have a lot of local glass which is really cool. You can definitely find not name brand good quality good price glass here along with good price name brand glass. Altogether ppv has what you need you should go check it out for yourself if you do you'll be back trust me. The hours are great they open early and stay open late their there in a pinch. The name says it all straightforward. also check out the holiday specials you know what holiday I'm talking about wink wink.

Love my crew at PPV DALLAS! Always top of the shelf customer service even for the smallest of purchases. I buy all my supplies exclusively from PPV DALLAS yes the moved from Coit Rd location to Preston Rd and yes psrking can be tricky but so glad they stayed in far north Dallas. At PPV, its ALL good

Great store for your vaping supplies! I've been buying from them for several years. The prices are lower than most and the staff is knowledgeable. The new store location on Preston Rd. is fantastic!
