Mad Monkey Vape Shop

The first time I went to Mad Money Vape shop, I was looking to buy a new vape. I walked in and I was the only one there and nobody said anything to me. It was like they would rather be not be there. I didn't exactly know what I wanted but I got no help from anyone working there. They didn't ask me if I wanted to look at anything either. I finally decided what I wanted and I also got more juice. After I was done paying, I sad thank you and the guy didn't even say anything back. I just walked out without any sort of "thanks". I figured they were just having a bad day so I decided to go back and get more juice about a week later. He asked me what kind and I told him and he just walked to the back. When he was on his way to the back, I told him the nic level. He didn't ask what nic level I wanted. I wander what h$e would have brought me?? The same thing happened but this time, when I was done paying, he just walked away, sat down, and started doing something else. Not a single work to let me know I was don't paying. I said thank you anyways but he didn't say anything back. They are overpriced and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Will not be going back!

This place is great! I bought a Nord Smok there for a good price and love it! Austin helped me pick it out along with that in house made juice razzleberry ring pop flavor! Very awesome place! Thanks for the help fellas!

Best vape shop I've been to by far. Wide selection, great prices, staff is very friendly. This has been my regular place of business for over a year now.

Only place I go to now, love the rewards program and staff is always helpful and they do their best to keep popular flavors in stock even with covid.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a mod from them and it had started to fall apart. They refused to do anything with it other than tell me to contact customer support of the manufacturer. I found the issue and it was just some screws loose. Asked if they could tighten the screws and was told that they wouldn't touch it. Finally asked to borrow a screwdriver so i could fix it and was told they didn't have one. A screwdriver was sitting on the counter. Lied straight to my face.

Okay first off this is not my first rodeo with a vape. I'm in the process of trying to quit smoking I went into this Mad Monkey shop because of his reviews. I went in there and I waited until he was through with all of his customers and I asked him about this one vape and we talked about it and he was friendly but he's very uneducated when it comes to customer service. So I get it home can't turn it on because he didn't educate me to turn it or he didn't educate me how to take it apart how to fill it how to do anything which I figured he would because I was upfront with him and told him I didn't know anything about it second off it's blowing hot oil in my mouth is leaking out of the air breather on the side of the unit. So i take it back to him today May 12th 2018 he tells me I install the coil improperly. So he takes it all apart cleans the coil cleans the unit put it all back together and says it should woek fine now. NOT!!!! So now you hold the unit right now and it blows oil out the top and out the side. This guy is here for one purpose and one purpose only to take the dollar from you he doesn't care about whether you're happy with it or not whether you understand how it works or not he doesn't care. I wanted to exchange it for a different unit cuz I told him it's malfunction and he swears up and down it's fine. So I contacted the manufacturer that actually makes these units and they told me to take it back to the seller because I still have a 90 day warranty while I tried that that and that didn't work. He even took it apart in front of me cleaned it all up reinstall the coil the whole nine yards and it still blows oil in your mouth but he says that's normal cuz all of his customers say they do and he says it's normal that it leaks around the rim by the base of the battery something's wrong with these units or especially mine. So do yourself a favor don't go in there don't deal with this guy or any of his employees cuz they all don't understand customer service they just want to take your money. So I will contact the manufacturer that makes these units and I will file a claim and I will report him to the manufacturer and we'll see where the Smoke Clears when it clears.

First time user...had an awesome experience Austin has excellent customer service...knows his products very well and overall sold me the perfect device and flavor just for me...I loved that he answered all my questions and had lots of patience...Thank you so much Austin I definitely will be a continued customer...by the way the Karat is perfect and with the banana kiwi flavor the cigarette had an awful taste now so it is definitely helping me quit smoking

Lots of vapes for oils. Friendly help. I got a battery here and it works like a champ. Very nice resting spot and coffee too.

Man I love this place ... I lose track of time just hanging out enjoying the plush furniture, the big screen tv's and wonderful conversation. I love how Mad Monkey Classes things up. You'll find me there from time to time for sure. Great job guys ! SUPPORT LOCAL
