When I first went there I was trying to quit smoking real cigarettes. Staff is extremely helpful and answers any questions I have. They are very knowledgeable and I can ask anything. I definitely will be going back because the staff treat there customers like family. I'm proud to say I vape instead of smoking. I recommend anyone who is trying to quit smoking go to vaping or at least try it. Thank you again Miles Vape shop.

These guys are great. I was new to vaping and Mike spent the better part of an hour helping me decide what I needed and trying out different blends to I could make an informed choice. I highly recommend them. Great selection of juice and helpful staff.

I hate to write a bad review, but every time I have bought a vape from this store it doesn’t last, something always breaks. Don’t get me wrong the staff is great, nice atmosphere, whoever is working is always very helpful. But the product is bad, in the pass month I bought a leaf buddy it broke in 5 days stopped charging, I didn’t drop it or anything when I took the vape back to them, they sent it back to their venders it took 2 weeks for them to get a new shipment in, so whatever I spent almost 30$ on the flip leaf buddi, but when they got a new shipment in a got a downgraded version of the last one I had, it was a cheaper unit so I got less than what I paid for but no store credit no refunds nothing. The downgraded version just broke a few days ago now it turns on but won’t heat up, my advice don’t go to his store overpriced bad quality, you are better off going to a smoke shop in San Antonio. I bought a cheap stick ozoo 12$ after the first leaf buddi broke and it has lasted me for a month and nothing has gone wrong with it and the shop I went to in San Antonio will do refunds if the vape breaks in 2 weeks. I’m really just disappointed with mikes shop in boerne.

Felt like the employee was talking to me like I was stupid. Been vaping for 10 years, I'm experienced. Shop has a great selection. Most variety in town that I've found. Next time just ask your customers if they're new to vaping. It is a nice shop.

Good juice, but they don't seem to give me any accurate information. Recommended that I use a different brand coil than what my vape is and it burned out within 3 days. One time I bought a vape from here and when I went to get a new coil they had stopped carrying that brand coil.

Another good visit to Mike's today. I killed my Smok AL85 mod by dropping it about 30 times, so headed back to Mike's. Mike, Derek and William all seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of their products and how to combine them for a superlative vaping experience. You could probably save a couple of bucks by getting some equipment over the internet, but I have been burned too many times by cheap knockoff products. If you go to Mike's, you leave with both your products and confidence that you're getting the real deal. Not to mention that I got a 25% loyalty discount, which allowed me to get some new batteries! All in all, a typical good experience with a trustworthy and knowledgeable purveyor of fine vaping equipment!
