Meghan is the worst manager ive ever seen. She said that she was going to try to hire me back in May of this year. I have an actual job and decided to try to do that part time and she would keep saying that she is waiting for the background check and all that countless times. That store needs better management. If thats how all of them are run this business will surely fail.

Called for a few things was told that they would be ordering some of the things needed for my device after a week I called back, and then was told it would be another week or more, in a tone that had an air of "too bad" not the customer service I would want my employees to have with customers. Now one time is whatever... but 5 to 6 times well that's just poor business sooo I'd avoid this place try smoke rings or evolve smoke shops

Was told they would be ordering coils after they stopped stocking them. After being told almost a dozen times “they should be in soon” and 7 weeks later; I have given up. If you need a disposable vape, this place is for you. Not a vape shop.

I've been in the store 3 times. Each time the employee's were very helpful. They've taken the time to explain the various vape juices and ask if I have any questions. I'm glad they opened in rockwood and I wish them success.

Everybody u need a good vape for you or family .these people know there products when you buy it they let try out first thing if doesn't work they will make it right with the customer. They have Rick and Morty everything . something else people please be nice and respectful to employees..

Obviously lots of 5 star friend reviews, or people that have just never been to a GOOD vape shop. If you are a pot head looking for a fix, this is your place. If you want vape mods or juice, better off finding somewhere else to go. First and last visit here.

Just spent almost 200 dollars and then they asked us to try them. We spent 15 minutes trying to get this stuff to work and because it had a little smoke come out they wouldn't let us return or even exchange. I am out almost 200 dollars for stuff that doesn't even work. Awesome.

I’ve been in twice and so far the people are nice and helpful. Really hope to see more of a selection soon for vape juice.
