Was driving from Nashville to Kentucky to get my kratom until a friend told me about Elevated. The staff was very informative and friendly and the Kratom was way better quality than what I had been getting in Ky. They are my go to store now and will be recommending them to friends😊

Poor customer service for a product that was totally incorrect. Yes, there was a refund. It was the lack of respect for the returning customer. Hanging up the phone? Not cool. In the mean time 2 others show up behind you with the same issue. Show some respect when people bring something that you are unaware (or maybe you were?) of. It’s your brand, like your product and representation speak for you too. Good luck.
