Bought a vape here and it was missing parts and the owner refused to replace it. Disgusting salesmanship and a terrible way to run a business. The gentleman who helped me in the store was very nice and even wanted to replace it but couldn’t due to the owner’s irresponsible decision making. Definitely will never shop here again.

Thought this was a great place! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT CHECKING WHAT THEY SELL YOU…I was given the wrong product after bringing my vape in and when I went to change it out with what I paid for, they had me come back a couple hours later and still won’t exchange it when it’s their mistake!!

I bought the $39.00 cake delta 8 pen on Monday and it leaked all in my vape and I only hit it once called back today just for them to not be able to replace it because it’s been one day. Don’t buy something from them and expect for them to do the right thing because they

I really didn't want to give this place 1 star, but, just to give a review i had to. We came here Sunday,, the guy told us put our pipe in freezer for 20-30 minutes. We did, and when we smoked out of it, it cracked. Then very next day i brought it back with my receipt.
Guess what the guy working said,,," Theres a crack on it, not my problem, "
1st, why did your co-partner tell me to put it in the freezer??
2nd, yes, his problem csuse its HIS product, now im out 60.00 ,

I just happened to be riding pass and stopped here . This was one of the best smokeshops i've been in. Best prices I have seen. The employees are very respectful and the place is clean. I definitely will be going there more often. First time in there and didn't disappoint me at all .

I bought some blueberry delta 8 wax with crystals in it
And a flying monkey vape pen
Both were unusable the wax taste like burnt grease with blueberries. Made me head hurt after smoking it.
The pen was called the "heavy hitter" from flying monkey. It taste like battery acid and they only high you got was from lack of oxygen from coughing from the taste and nasty burn of the coil / liquid

This is one of the best smoke-shops i’ve been in that’s in Cleveland. You got a-lot of different varieties of glass & more. The employees are very respectful and nice. Make sure y’all visit you definitely will not be disappointed!

Mass produced delta 8 products. Over priced and selling red flagged products. Don't know much about their other stuff because I don't use it. Cleveland doesn't seem to have good prices or quality or selection of hemp derived products. Can't wait to get back to Chattanooga!
