One of the best and my new favorite vape shop! It's closer to my home also the people here are super helpful and knowledgeable. Also they are definitely great at explaining and talking. They aren't the vape shop that near closing time the employees just want you to leave and act like it instead they may want you to but you feel very welcomed any time you enter the store. *Update* they continue to have top quality products and great prices. This is the place to go for people that vape, smoke whatever, want cbd, etc.

I purchased a $100 vape from tobacco & vape because the clerk said it was their best. It didn’t come with a battery which I thought was odd and he said “if you put a battery in it and it doesn’t work just bring it back and we’ll make it work” that was 25 days ago. I was never allowed to talk to the”owner” which is the only one who can do anything other than apologize. I dropped it back off and was told the “owner” was going to look at it. After not hearing anything for 10 days I picked it back up and the prognosis was “ it’s the battery”. I’ve tried 2 of the same batteries it calls for from batteries plus and same result. The vape turns on but cuts off when I hit the button. The company they told me to contact for warranty doesn’t answer either so I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work AT ALL and they say “Sorry”. Bad business practice in my opinion. I’ll never shop there again.

This place has become my go-to for my vaping needs. I've been to several other vape shops and they just don't touch Tobacco & Vape. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
Last time I went Joey helped me out and like the rest of the staff he was super helpful and friendly.

I went a couple weeks ago. I was told the Smok Acro was $40 ish dollars from the owner. It rang up to be about $60. Along with a pack of pods. I did not realize it was that much till I got home and looked at my bank statement. I got the device and it steadily leaks. I went back up there to tell them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So I am now stuck with a constant leak that wastes my juice.

A fantastic ship. The owner is an excellent individual who always helps me out when i buy multiple items. The only two had reviews here are for a no refund policy which is a state policy for tobacco products and a refusal to accept manufacturers coupons. That is a personal business choice as all business have the right to do. Great shop, great prices!

Came to the tobacco of vape shop here in Bartlett by the Bartlett 10 Cinema mask mandate has been lifted as of Wednesday mask is recommended but not required I go in guy asked me to put a mask on I said no because the mandate was lifted and ask her not required then he proceeds to ask me for my shot record for my covid vaccine and I said no that's a violation of my rights then he told me to go outside and wait so I went outside to wait then I pulled up where the health department is said that masks are not required but are recommended dude specifically then told me to leave I asked for the store manager he told me he was to store manager and proceeded to just go off without even trying to talk or anything before I give you ask for the owner's phone number worst experience ever will never come back to this place again

Issues with keeping batteries in stock, but the people here give really good advice on what you may be looking for. They suggested a vape to me and it's absolutely perfect, for what I like. Friendly people that know their stuff, will definitely be going back
