Friendly staff, however they do not give store credit or refunds. Purchased a Smok Stick V8 Kit and within a few hours of owning it, it became "smoking hot" - burnt my hand. Took it outside because it was spitting and smoking and absolutely too hot to even touch. Was afraid it was going to explode. Seriously, the entire thing was flaming hot.
Wanted a store credit due to faulty product - was told by manager they don't send back to manufacturer. "It was used". Took it back less than 24 hours.
There are too many Vape shops in Myrtle Beach area, this shop needs to learn customer service!
Bad experience - live and learn and go shop somewhere else!

Very incompetent, large selection of vapes. My husband got some juice and I started looking at their vape selection to get a new one and one of their friends walked in and they ignored us. So will not be back.

They carry all of the best Kratom in town and more! Plus plenty of vape supplies, and a lot of mellow scents....not just fruits which I don't like....Im an adult trying to quit actual cigs, not a kid vaping for fun. I don't think some manufacturers think about that. Headquarters carries them all.

Ummm, no. Look up harrassment in the dictionary. Giving opinions is not harrassment. One star because of what I wrote previously, plus I was threatened to be sued. Just more ammunition to believe I shouldnt give these people my business.
