I have been going to this shop since it opened and I have to say that it is definitely worth the visit. The have a wide variety of items for sale, vapes, juices, coils tobacco products and so many things I can't name them all. But the main reason I keep going back is the staff. They are excellent and very helpful getting what you need and helping with selections. Also, it is great to buy local instead of having to order online. 👍 Thumbs up, drop by and give them a try! I don't know all the staff but Cisco always knows where everything is and the lady with the pink hair is also very helpful.

WAS a frequent customer. Bought a $39.99 vape tank today and when I got it home it was broken. When we called them about trying to get it returned they said it did not appear to be broken when they sold it and refused a refund. He remembered me purchasing it and still refused. Also, they never looked in the box when they sold it-so that was a lie. Not impressed. Called them only hours after purchase. Check your purchases. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Extremely overpriced with a constant shortage of products. It’s more of a freak show then a vape store.. I’d definitely recommend taking the trip to Lexington and pay half the price for better quality goods and services.

Used to get good customer service, not anymore! What happened to Kaitlin? She was so helpful and friendly! New manager not so much....I think I'll go elsewhere for my vaping needs. This place hardly worth the aggravation! Non existent customer service.
