This is a dishonest vape shop. I was sold a tank that leaks even with insert in it. I was sold a very powerful tank that was not supported by the base! I would never recommend any one to go there. They sell garbage. I believe they sold me a used unit as well!

The guy that we talked to was very nice and patient with my mother in law that did not have a clue about vaping. He fixed her right up with a tank and mod and juice and she was very satisfied with her purchase. I very recommend this business.

I'm from out of town and needed a coil for a tank that they had on display, they didn't have the coil that I needed and imidiately tried to sell me an off brand one that they said fit my tank. After talking to the guy behind the counter it was clear he didn't know what he was doing at all. I don't recommend this to anyone if you're concerned with vape safety at all

The staff was nice enough but marginally educated about vape. The ability to sample flavors was very limited. I purchased a vapor that was apparently old or expired. The credit card method used took literally 3 times longer to complete my transaction than it took for me to pick a liquid.

On vacation, I end up needing a 0.5 Atlantis coil and an 18650 battery for my oldie Aspire Atlantis + CF Mod. I call to confirm that 0.5s are in stock, I asked twice and was answered positively. Upon arrival I learn only 0.3s and the 1.0s(usually come in AA buyer kit) are the only coils available. Knowing the CF Mod struggles with the 1.0 power wise I buy it anyway, my fault. Onto the battery. At first I was sold a knob top battery that wouldn't fit my CF. Frankly, I didn't even know knob tops existed. I didn't inspect it and didn't realize what I bought. I bring it back, they semi-politely exchange it for a flat top without charging the apparent $2 difference. As stated, the CF can't properly power the 1.0 coil and I turn around and go to a shop up the road from Cloud 9 and buy a 0.5 coil. All is well. I use the new battery but within a month it begins losing very noticeable amounts of longevity. It operates like a cheapo no name battery you purchase on eBay or Amazon. At that point I regret not driving 0.4 miles farther to the other shop up the road.

Great staff, very helpful when it came to wanting to try cbd oil for some natural relief from my asthma attacks. I've been on 5 sets of steroids this year alone and had to use my inhaler multiple times a day. Since I've been using the CBD oil I have not had to use my inhaler much at all. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try and get some relief from any issues they may have. Go check them out, you will be glad you did!
