High Life Smoke Shop Fort Mill

Daisy was super helpful with me, she showed me a wide selection of products and helped me find what I was looking for.

I have shopped at this store for years and was happy with the service and products etc. Unfortunately they have replaced the staff with a group of rude, sarcastic and unhelpful people. I definitely won't waste any more of my time or money here. If anyone is considering visiting this store, I'd strongly recommend finding a better option. Hope someone finds this helpful.

They have everything. Usually the staff are high school age, so if that bothers you, don't come here. Most of the time the people are knowledgeable and friendly, and I've never found anyone to be rude.

Good products at usually competetive prices. Main reasoning for the low, 3 star rating? They take poor care of their employees. Last year they had a superb staff, and now a year later they've all quit. I've talked to these now ex employees and they all say the same thing. No room for growth, no raises, no incentives, and that's saying a lot considering 2 if those people quit less than 3 months after receiving promotions. Something doeant add up. Just spent my entire lunch break driving all the way our here so I wouldnt have to after work, all a plan to get to an event later tonight with the gift in hand from high life. Their card machines were down so instead I've now wasted my entire lunch break for nothing and have to now come back later and be late for my event. Customer service for this inconvenience was sub par. No store credit was offered or discounts or anything. Their solution was to go to the gas station, take an atm charge fee, and thus pay more.......

I go to this place very frequently and I enjoy going here but Manny made my visit here even better. Manny was very helpful and knew a lot about everything I had questions about and went out of his way to meet my needs and will definitely be back thanks to him.

Kat was amazing at helping me find just what i needed and she knew her stuff. She really made sure i got the most for my money and that it was well spent.

The staff at High Life are absolutely amazing. Connor is always cheerful and has helped me through my non-smoking journey. Thanks to the staff at High Life of Fort Mill, I have been smoke free for over 2 months. They are amazing. Check them out.

I'll never buy something from here again. Go to other shops in the area like LA Vapors.

I bought a pen here and it's pull was terrible, so I called and asked if I could exchange it for another type that I knew would pull way better -- I was trying this new pen out on recommendation from the guy who was there that day, but knew I shouldn't have listened and just went with what I knew was best.

Btw, of course this was the more expensive pen too, and of course I wasn't notified of the no return policy upon purchase.

The lady I spoke to said it's SC state law that they cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges. I'm pretty sure that was a lie, but even if it's true, I'd never get anything here until that law changes.

If you're close enough, just go into NC and go to LA Vapors. They do exchanges all the time when something isn't good.

I'll never return to this store again. Not atleast until their return policy changes.8
