He’s informed on ALL the products in his store and the way he interacts with staff and customers ensures everyone feels welcome in Dab City. Each time I come in with non specific requests, Buddha and his wonderful staff help me narrow down exactly what I’m looking for by showcasing the best products that also fit into my budget.

My husband and I are faithful customers! Weeks before they opened we were excited that there was a shop close to our residence. We've been customers from day one. Erin is our go to gal because she's thorough and knows the products very well. I go at least once a week and she's there always welcoming with her smile and interaction with me as well as other customers when I'm there. I definitely recommend Dab City!!

Always go here after to work to get my nic fix and Gabe always helps me and he is so sweet! All the employees are very knowledgeable about products and flavors. Prices are fair and they always have what I want. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

Some of the employees have no clue as to what they are doing or selling and if you do manage to purchase a mod from them they will promise they have replacement coils available for the mod you just purchased, but by the next day they seem to not have any. This seems to be a trend with whatever I buy from here. This is why from now on stick to online shopping (which is MUCH cheaper btw)for my vaping needs instead of these sub par franchises.

I had to give 3 stars because of the customer service. I went to make a purchase for myself and the couple ahead of me where asking questions of the cashier Erin and she was completely rude to these people. All they were doing was asking simple questions and she acted like they were burdening her. The store itself is good as well as the selection but if Erin is your cashier, I'd go somewhere else
