The Smoke Crave is a great shop. It has just about everything you need for your smoke and tobacco needs and the prices are more than fair. I come here for all my vaping necessities and the workers are always nice and know how to help when you don’t know exactly what you want. If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

Horrible customer service, went into Aiken store yesterday( 4th of July) to get replacement glass for my husband who is a paramedic and was stuck at the station so he couldn’t go get the glass himself. He called the store and was told they had the replacement glass and was even given a price. I bring my two kids with me as I had no one to watch them, the place is packed with 6 plus people waiting to be helped and the cashier is busy talking and joking with someone. The store smelt badly of marijuana. When it’s my turn I tell him what I needed and am told “yeah a man called earlier about this but I need the tank I’m not selling it without the tank here”. It wouldn’t have been an issue if he would have told my husband that.
I go a mile down the road and buy the same glass piece without the tank there and had no issue with it fitting. Overall horrible experience and won’t go back

The place was great the staff was very friendly the lady that's the manager there will go out of her way to get what you want as fast as possible if they dont have it and they have a great selection of glass pieces and pens for everything from dabs to dry herbs this place is one of those places that's you never wanna leave plus all strains of kratom for all your pain or just to put you on point mentally it a great herb
