VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS . RUINED MY DAY .

Everyone who works here is super nice, they make me feel very welcome when I walk in. Whether it’s the owner who is a very nice lady or her husband, or the younger person with blond hair, they have all been very very nice to me. I feel bad for not having names on hand but, everyone who works here is awesome. Best vape shop in purcellville by far! Highly recommend. A lot of times they have items on discount too which is cool!

Moved to the area recently and found this place, love it! The owners/employees are super friendly and helped me find what I needed for my vape, they also have a pretty fair selection of pipe tobacco that my husband likes and after living in numerous states over the last few years they definitely have fair prices and a really good variety of vape types, tips and overall selection of accessories. My go to shop now.

Every time I go in, even if it’s 10 min before closing, anyone who’s working is in an amazing mood. Great costumer service and much more professional then the other place in town. Thanks guys!

Terrible… only go here if u DESPERATELY need nicotine or Tobacco never go here for glass/water pipes by far worst selection I have ever seen for glass all $10-$30 DHGATE pieces upcharged 200% with no knowledge of glass worst shop experience ever… NEVER GOING BACK After looking through their other reviews they all seem odd… every time someone has a complaint they refuse to take responsibility and simply call them their "competitors" seems that they only get 1star reviews or 5 star reviews, only other place I have seen the reviews like this are on knock off products… not a good look

Just drove from leesburg to visit this vape shop! Such a huge variety of flavors and WONDERFUL customer service.

My experience with Vape Lot was positive. The female owner was very accommodating. She accepted my service dog no problem. The selection is enormous, I could have gotten lost just browsing. The prices are competitive, though on some products the prices are not marked clearly which I personally don't care for. I don't like asking a dozen times for pricing. The cost of vaping has gone up across the board and I like to look for sales. Unfortunately when I got home I realized she had given me the wrong e juice. I asked for a particular flavor and the products are so tightly shelved she gave me the wrong one. Ooops on both of us. I didn't check carefully. The product is acceptable so I'm keeping it just the same. This though explains why I didn't give the 5th star. I will be going back. The store and the customer service are excellent. Love this place! Me and my boyfriend drive almost an hour (from Frederick Maryland) just to go to Vape Lot Smoke Shop every week. The customer service is always outstanding and the owners are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have what I need (which is disposable vapes) along with a fair selection to chose from with many flavors. They also have a good range of what you would find at a smoke shop. Water pipes/rolling papers/joint papers/blunts & blunt wraps ..etc.. The shop is very clean, organized, and professional. As said before, the owners are always more than willing to help you better understand anything you are looking for. Best place around if you need anything for your smoking needs!

Love this shop, the selection is amazing. The owners (wife and husband who are just adorable) are so pleasant, and friendly. Drove from out of town (over 1hour) to get a special vape that this shop carried. Was my first time and the lady was very nice, friendly and proffesional. So far so good came looking for lookah atomizer tips. They had none but are ordering them gave me a follow up call to let me know they are on way. Decent shop with reasonable prices when compared to other local shops.

I am absoutely in love with this store! They have everything you need and if its something they dont she will gladly order it for you. I keep going back for new pieces not because they break but because she has an awesome selection on different kinds of pieces small to large, glass, silicone, metal. Pens, oils, cbd flower 3.5g or 7g works wonders for my pain, lots of different strains too. Prerolled singles or buy a pack of hempettes they are great for driving have a filter and 20 to a pack. They have vapepens, batteries, screens, tobacco, candles, grinders, gas maskss, pokers everything. Best prices in Purcellville, Warrenton, Haymarket, Loundon and Manassas! I drive here from haymarket for the selection, quality and prices and its clean and very inviting. Always greeted with a smile and not hestiaten to let you examine pieces or explain how something works.

I have been coming for about 8 months and have only ever purchased Candles. These are the only ones to control the smell of dog in my home!! Today was no different . Only this time I was carded. I will be 32 this year! I have been trying to support local business. But now I will just order off of Amazon. I drove 20 minutes 1 way just to be turned away. Ridiculous! That’s nearly $600 of lost revenue..

Absolutely a waste of my time quality very weak quantity very little and is very expensive. Don't go to this place because will be very disappointed!
