overpriced and no returns on bad products. I’ve been buying the Elfbar brand for a long time. this place is the highest price at $33. Bowling green $21 Fredericksburg $24 Woodbridge $24-$26 Stafford $23 This store is $33!!!!! Ok I get it you’re trying to make money but that’s a rip off. I had bad vape and took it back to the store and was told “no refunds contact elfbar support” elf bar support said the retailer has to refund it. The lady put the owner “zack” on the phone and he was rude and unhelpful. He has a no refund policy for a product that’s overpriced. on top of that he said “no other stores will do returns on disposable vapes” well I’ll tell you right now I called all the store I frequent and they said they all do returns. bad owner here.

I come here every Friday before work. They are ALWAYS late opening. I've been sitting here today waiting 45 mins, still not open. Supposed to open at 9, it's 9:45. I understand people sometimes run late but it's every week. Never fails. I'll take my 100 dollar a week purchases down the road. Worst part about this? I bike TWO MILES to come here. Never again

This is literally the worst tobacco store in Fredericksburg. Everything is extremely overpriced under the guise of being "higher quality" and the owner does not pay his employees. I literally watched the owner put back a returned disposable nic back on the shelf to sell to customers. All the good reviews are by the owner which is why all the negative ones are "fake reviews". Please do not shop here and give this guy any of your money.

Passed this place a million times and never knew it was there, the store is kept very clean with a large selection of pipes and a separate room full of cigars and this was the only place in town that I could find Pan Raas hookah tobacco for only $12. Would definitely recommend to others!
