First time visit, had a good experience. I wish they had a proper menu to hold in my hand and look at, but whatever. The clerk (mellow kid) was helpful with finding a juice I liked, and while I tend to just go Coastal Clouds (because they are widely available, and good quality) I got a bottle of their house brand too, which to my pleasant surprise is pretty good. I'll be trying more flavors of theirs while I'm in town

Hey everyone this location sucks. I brought some thing to return because it didn’t work. They said they cannot do anything about it and that has never happened before with a lie. They also let you smoke inside the building maybe the FDA should check them out. Sometimes I catch them so he smoking inside the building I don’t think that’s regulated. Good luck with your shop staying open.Awful customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible place to work and shop. Go to Vape 4 you it's cheaper and better. For CBD go to American Shaman. Most products at Sub Ohm Market are horrible and older than you could ever imagine. Cbd products have no real results and all candy/drinks/food are expired.

They posted hours of 10am to 8pm and are never there anymore and I wait till about 11ish and still no one there if you post hours stick to it or just remove the hours sign

These guys were great. I accidently got the wrong atomizers and immediately went back to get what I needed. The girl behind the counter called the manager and allowed me to do a straight trade. She also checked to make sure they were indeed the right ones. Pretty great customer service!
