Store is great! Nice selection, and Brenden was a great help, got me in and out pretty quick with everything I needed. Probably going to be my go to spot from now on.

Way nicer and cleaner than Easy's. Going to make it my go too store 2 year update. Same store same peeps. In my opinion too much product on the shelves. I have grown concerned over the quality of all the stuff being dumped in the market these days but I have never felt dupped here.

love this place. in and out super fast. the guys that work here are great. the lady who is up there 1/3 of the time however is ALWAYS rude to me. i dread the next two minutes of my life when i walk in and i see she is working. the first time i gave her a chance because people have their bad days. but after the second third and fourth..etc and after coming in today and her being nothing but rude with a tone the second she saw my face was enough. i’ve seen multiple other people say things in the reviews about her being rude. i don’t get what the point is of being rude. you’re there to work if i’m there shopping or not. like i’m wasting her time. she slammed the drawer so hard it moved when i gave my payment. i was paying with cash and my card which really upset her. i only needed maybe a spare 20 seconds of her time. she was instantly more hostile with her voice and her gestures when i told her i was doing cash and card payment. (march 4th a little after 5) i hope you’ll look back and watch there is no need to be so ugly. she has made it very clear that she doesn’t like me shopping there so i’ll make it clear to spend my money somewhere else. not that she will care but the owner of this shop should seriously care about what multiple people have said about the same employee and get rid of her. who knows how many other people she’s being rude to that she’s scaring off and don’t say anything. as i was leaving she asked the lady behind me very rudely “do you have your id?” in the most passive aggressive rude way. don’t say hi or anything first?? she just seems instantly bothered. id love to continue shopping here but that won’t happen till she is GONE!! customer service is the #1 thing that keeps people coming back into your door. there is plenty of other places to go in a big city and this is not the one unless you want to feel like a trash person after you leave. you guys got the product but can’t even sell it without sounding rude. i also can’t help to wonder if she t

Really good product variety at good prices!

My wife and I came in and were navigated through the extensive vape selection by Brenden, his is very knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely is one of the reasons we return on a regular basis despite stores being closer to our home. Well worth the drive for magnificent customer service and product selection!

Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They can answer almost any question you have. Huge selection with basically every variety of a product you may be looking for.

Great selection however, once I purchased the vape and tired it. The vape tasted burnt, I asked about exchanging it the cashier told me no, so I had to waste money because the vape was defective. I will not be returning. I wish I could take the one star back as well!!!

This place is great, the selection is unmatched. The amount of options you have for everything is wild! And the staff, the fella that's always there when I go (just went today @ around 4:30 ish) he is really approachable and very knowledgeable about the products. Talked with him for about 30 minutes about products pro cons and what to expect.

*Highly* overpriced was charged x2 as much as the product was worth.

Best vape shop in DFW! Ask for Brendan he is the best. He knows his business and is always friendly and helpful. They have rewards program and you get points with purchase. What does that mean? You get a $20.00 dollar credit towards a vape.

Brendan helped me out and was unbelievably helpful in explaining and giving solid answers to the things I asked. Great customer service, make that man a manager or something. I’ll be back many times to come.
