Hands down the best Vape/Delta/Glass place in the state! The workers are so friendly and get to know their customers! I have been a solid customer since 2022 and I will forever go to this store! So much to choose from and the prices are very reasonable! You gotta check it out too! I promise you’ll love them like I do!

Very friendly at making a purchase without having much idea of how to help replace my broken device most devices didn't work and the one that did I regret purchasing. Not very friendly when it comes to help with a return or an exchange. I highly recommend going somewhere else or online as theirs not a return issue. Devices work not as properly as expected. I was able to purchase a device online for much less that has the performance I was trying to replace from my broken device. Theres a reason why this place is so empty! As you can see to the reply the negative comments about my so called functioning corroded equipment that I wasn’t trying to replace. But hey they sell you anything they can, even if it might be something that’s questionable to work with your current functioning equipment. Take it from me as I went in for a batter device and was trying to get sold an entire kit reminds me of auto mechanics telling you that your blinker fluid needs replacement. I try to rely on greatly working materials that can handle a beating and longevity unfortunately they product that was purchased had to be replaced due to how poorly it worked with my current corroded devices. If you decide to buy something here because your looking to replace one particular part that ended up not working just know they come up with any excuse to make other purchases. And to the reply I never asked you to clean my product. not sure how you could possibly help me after driving their and having me just talk and talk just to receive a nope. about my situation to remaking a reasonable statement to what I’ve experienced with the device. Just make sure you’re a bit more professional as a business owner with having a sign on the door about NO returns! helps educate buyers to not have such a negative time. Online had 0 issues thanks. Attachments of pictures of how corroded the dive they wanted me to replace. Runs again after making a purchase for a better device.

Initially had a bad experience with customer service. After some communications with management, was very impressed with their professionalism to make I right. I have been a customer for many years and hope to continue for many more.

Very helpful staff and excellent products!

If I could give negative stars, I totally would! Worst experience I've ever had in a vape shop. Spent WAY TOO much on a delta 8 disposable and then the disposable didn't work. Went back for help with it and all I got was "it works." No help, no offer to exchange the product, nothing. After getting the disposable back to my hotel room, the device will still not work and will not take a charge!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First time shopper for what I purchased and he definitely made it a lot simpler than it could have been. Will definitely return.

Not bad but everything they have is overpriced. I can get higher quality D8 carts, and all carts online for half the price. Probably the best option if you want to buy locally though.

Great shop

For Sioux Falls its pretty rad. Has some neat occult stuff and even witchcraft or satanistic type doo hickies. Employees are really aware and courteous and give you space to be a weirdo. Had a blast my first time perusing and will absolutely be back repeatedly.

Had a great experience. Staff very friendly. He was able to explain the the products very well and was helpful in helping me choose the best products that I needed. They even have a nice place to sit while you wait for then to help you. Yes was very busy at the time I was in the shop. Its in a great location. Very easy to find. So take your time here as they have so many different things in the shop. Also if you love crystal, this is a great place to find some great stones and crystals. As a repeating customer and because of their 5 star point system the more you spend with them the higher the discount you get and they have many option on how to use your points.

I’ve been to just about every vape shop in Sioux Falls, but since I’ve been to 3RD EYE VAPE that’s the only place I’ll go to. Great staff, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. If I have a question or need something the staff are right there and ready to help. They also have a great selection of vape juice and glass. I highly suggest this place.
