Super friendly guys when you're buying, but if you have a problem, they're customer no service. Big disappointment when the product was faulty and needed replacement according the the manufacturer. I'll shop elsewhere.

I cannot speak on the quality of the Smoke Shack's actual vaporizers or tobacco products, but they by far have the best prices and consistentcy in stocking of OPMS Kratom products. It's not generally a cheap purchase wherever you go, but this location comes closest in terms of affordability. Not only are their prices fair, but the employees are quite sociable and I've never had a negative experience with any of them. Will definitely return!
