The new staff has no appreciation for regular customers. Been coming here for almost 6 months and never had a problem returning faulty disposable vapes, it happens, I get it. Got a faulty vape on Monday night, realized by the next day that it would not charge. Showed the new guy The problem and he offered me a tiny discount on a new vape. This vape only got 2 puffs on it and was basically brand new but defective. Should have been replaced. They've lost a customer

Loved going to this place until I found out they sell fake vape juice. The two bottles I’ve bought from them have misspelled words and the juices are not flavorful like they should be. The bottles I bought aren’t suppose to be sold in the bottle size that I purchased, which I verified by going to another vape shop.
