Just began working in the area and have been trying out new vape shops at first the product was good but the last two times it has tasted burnt. When I told the owner the vape tasted burnt he refused to believe it said it was due to to the size. When I pulled out the same that I was trying to replace saying that the two tasted different he tried both and still refused that the new one was burnt wouldn’t give me a replacement or a refund.

Update! (08/01/2022) The owner reached out and made things right. Great efforts to insure customer satisfaction! I look forward to revisiting this business again. (Walked in at 2:20pm on 02/04/2020. Two individuals walked in after me and were serviced before me. I waited patiently and asked the young caucasian female worker why I was serviced after the others when I obviously came first. She told me it was my responsibility to say something. I asked for the owner or manager contact. She said she didn’t know. I use to spend over $50 a week in this place. Never coming here again. I have a recording of her if the manager or owner wants proof!)
