Stopped here for cigars. Very nice selection of in large walk-in humidor. The clerk was very helpful and considerate. Definitely a good stop if you are a cigar enthusiast.

I used to go here all the time, now there are some kids that work the counter and are rude as can be. Opening time says 8:00am but I have yet to actually see anybody opening then, most times opening is completely random if they feel like working that day.

Very bad experience today. Never been treated so bad. I will never go back.

Stop here during the morning, but they are hardly open at 8,end up setting and waiting for a while, have done this 4 or 5 times, think I'll find a place that's open when they say they are!!!

I was able to find exactly what I wanted, they have a nice selection the employee was very friendly but I couldn't get a discount after buying $80 worth of stuff so that's why it's four stars instead of five. I haven't had any issues and I like the store I just felt like a little bit more customer service would have pushed it to 5 you should always give the customer a little perk for making a big purchase. It'll turn a one-time customer into a repeat customer. I'll keep coming back I like the store and they've always been friendly.

After purchasing $55 of cigars, the owner is too "cheap" to fill your lighter. I won't return.

Bought a $14.99 disposable Kang vape for my wife. She didn't open the vape until the following morning and it was a dud that did not work. Boone Tabacco refused to exchange their defective product the following day because we did not notify them the same day as purchase. I've been a customer for several years now but unfortunately for them, I won't be returning. So congratulation BTS! I hope screwing over a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars in your store was worth the $15.

Shop has a wide variety of your smoking and recreational wants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Solid 5/7 rating.

I purchased a small butane triple torch lighter yesterday evening and by mid-day today it quit working, I tried refilling it with the 11X purified butane fluid I had purchased there the last time i was there and still not working so, i just called and spoke with someone and they told me a store manager would have to look at it and make the decision whether I could return/exchange i told her I really liked it I would be happy to just exchange it so she give me the times I can come by to let someone look at it so for now ill give them 3 stars but if i have any issues exchanging this $20 lighter my review and thoughts of this place will deffinitly not be good as this lighter has quit working in less than 24 hours after I paid $20 for it...(Update) I thought i had finished this review but had just noticed I hadn't, I was able to exchange my purchase with no trouble.

The hookas are expensive but the store is nice

Bought two disposable vapes here for $20 each. On of them went dead after a few hours and the other tasted burn and stop working after 3 hours. They got lots of stock but seem to be old and not worth WASTING your money.

I was in store yesterday and the young lady that was working was very polite & professional answered all my questions about devices. Big selection it has a lot to choose from.
