The service was awesome but there was a terrible smell of sewage at opening time since they share pluming with the neighboring businesses. Fix this please, especially for the workers. 🤢🤮

I mostly order all of my vape stuff online but I decided to give this place a shot. Decent selection of juice. Although I came in for some new pods and the gentlemen gave me the wrong ones. Didn’t bother to ask which exact model Caliburn I had he just handed me them. I should’ve done more research but at the same time the employee should’ve known. The store smelled really bad. Like really really bad for some reason After paying I was promoted to give a 10%, 15% or 20% tip lol. I’ll probably just stick to ordering my stuff online

Hipster behind counter was very rude, and refused to sell me a vape because I wouldn’t let him scan my drivers license. Poor customer service. Management should address this poor employee.

I bought a vape pen, in 2 days it burned my lip and tongue with give crackling sounds i tried to rewritten it they refused! A week later the pen cought on fire! I will now go to e cloud they are super nice and knowledgeable!

I use 3 barrel freemax coils. They don't have them & on the off chance they do. I am limited to 2. Very discouraged. I want to change my place to get my vape products! I'll go to cloud 9 to get my future coils. At least I get what I want there
