The staff here are always polite, but the owner must be a complete fool. They put up a sign requesting customers remove their masks, but don't have the balls (or the laws) to enforce it. Then stated they don't sell empty vape pods because customers are filling them themselves with unknown materials. Unbelievable hypocrisy.

the guy running the counter was so polite! it was my first time in this store and he made me feel very welcome. not to mention he was thouroughly educated on all of the products, helping me find exactly what i needed quick and easily!

This used to be my favorite Vape shop. There seems to have been a change in ownership. Went in last week for a coil and bottle of e-juice, and couldn't figure out why it tasted horrible with little to no flavor. I examined the coil closer and found it had none of the FreeMax writing or wattages on it, its a counterfeit coil. I then went to the juice manufacturers website to validate it and its counterfeit as well. Be very careful purchasing coils and juice here - validate it in the store before you leave.

Isn’t open when google and sign in doors say it will be and no one answers the phone here while someone clearly in the shop doing nothing.

I had a very positive experience! There is a wide variety of nicotine/vaping products, the prices are great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the service I received and I will be shopping here exclusively from now on.
