406 Glass & Vape

Bought 3 items 1 day ago. One was a carrying case for my apparatus, and the other a torch to light the apparatus. Neither works for me. They won’t let me exchange or return. I totally get not being able to return an apparatus, but a bag with the tags still on it never used and a torch that isn’t strong enough to heat the apparatus although I was told it could. I will not be going back Ever and don’t care who sees or knows. Customer service is the last thing on these peoples minds, don’t give them your money! Buy online! That same day I was looking at another item that was $99 in their store. I went home and looked for it and found it for $57.99. Seriously buy online do not give them your money. Waste of time.

Skinny punk needs his face slapped. Got upset because I asked for a vape pen. Not threatening violence. Sometimes reading can be difficult. Stating that someone "needs" to be slapped, is entirely different from saying "you are".] I was extremely upset when I gave this review. I've never been disrespected while being so polite. However , the manager did call me back and talked with the employee. But after the incompetent remark from the owner listed below I can now see why they're staff is so disrespectful. They learned it from the top.

If you ever buy or purchase anything at this store make 110% sure it works, has no cracks, or damaged, or seals if any are in working order. Ever if the salesperson says "they checked it all out and works fine". Check yourself and if you don't know or are unfamiliar with whatever you're purchasing bring someone who does know or is familiar with whatever it might be you're wanting to purchase. Because the second you walk out the door. There's nothing they'll do for you if it doesn't work. Even if all you did was brought it home and tried to use the new whatever you got and it doesn't work. Even if you're a good customer of theirs and have purchased many of the many items they sale at the store. They will not help you. They will stay behind " all sales are final". I guess I am the one who learned a new lesson and a new perspective on where I will now go to purchase my many other new items. I hope this helps at least one person.

Their delta 8 is ridiculousy expensive and it's a good store but I will just look elsewhere.

I go into 406 to buy my girlfriend Vapes. They are so friendly and welcoming. The fun conversations and banter I get from all employees makes my day. Thanks guys, see ya next time

First time there asking for help for a cancer patient. Got plenty of knowledgeable advice, had a selection of items to try, and info of dispensaries that I could to for more advice. Thank you from someone with little knowledge taking beginner steps.

The atmosphere here is always a good vibe and you can't beat their selection, these guys go above and beyond in customer service. 14/10 recommend for all related needs, I've never had a bad experience at one of these stores and these guys go out of their way to make you feel like they want to see you again, especially the 24th st store. I will be returning!

406 glass is great. Open late and both locations are clean. No dust or finger prints on the counter. It feels safe (even down town) like u wouldn't get kidnapped in there. . smile face ce

Won’t allow service animals. That’s illegal.

Visited today for the second time with my PTSD and mobility support service dog, but today we were turned away. I was told by the same person that had helped me a few weeks ago, that pets are not allowed, even service dogs, for liability reasons. I dont understand why suddenly I am not allowed to visit when I had no issue last time and my dog is clearly focused on her work. I cannot look at the lower level shelves without her assistance. I felt humiliated being turned away in front of several other customers. Everyone that employee had been helping was staring at us once the employee began saying I had to leave at watched me turn around walkout. So I went over to Discontent and had no issues with my service dog
