They are only nice to certain people. I didn’t even walk in yet and I was asked to see id. I ignored and continued to look around and when I finally decided what I wanted staff was very rude, so I said never mind and walked out.

Big Joe Smoke and Vape was my go-to in Lafayette. It's family owned and the owner has had other stores in Lafayette over the decades, so I loved being able to shop small and support one of Lafayette's own. They always had exactly what I needed and plenty of things I didn't know I needed, haha! When I bought a new product, they were ready to help me get it set up and making sure I was happy with my product. When one of the employees noticed me coming in for new pods at an alarming frequency, he helped me identify why my pods were going bad so quickly to help save me money. The customer service was top-tier and I loved that they always remembered my face, my go-to products, and even mundane details I had shared over my many visits to their shop. They have the best selection, prices, and customer service, and I feel that has earned them the title of BEST SMOKE SHOP IN ACADIANA! :) I've since moved to New Orleans, but I hope my buddies at Big Joe's continue to grow and thrive!
