I used to love getting my vapes from Vibes until today. I had recently purchased a pastel cartel vape on Thursday March 9th, 2023. The first day, it was fine but on Friday it started to taste burnt and really hard to puff. Being that I ONLY work in Broussard on the week day and couldn’t go there Friday and Monday due to work, I went in today March 14th, 2023 on my lunch break . I explained to the manager of what happened and the cashier that sold me the vape was also there and also told him that I was just there Thursday. After I had explained to him what was going on with the faulty vape, he then tells me that they only last people about 4-5 days and he was also trying to get me to buy another one when I had just purchased one on Thursday. Mind you, I barely use vapes and that brand normally lasts me for a week and a half, and if my vape was dead the light would have been flashing repeatedly when you take a puff and it didn’t. I said all of this to say that I am upset because I’m a loyal customer and the money I spend there(including tipping employees) I should have gotten an exchange or refund for their faulty merchandise that they sold me.

this place is great. the employees are super chill (they still follow the laws) they have almost anything you could possibly need relating to smoking. amazing service 10/10 i always seem to find myself there once every two weeks👍🏻

They do not stand behind the products the sell. If u have problems you are on your own. Won't do business here again. They lie like a rug. Other shops in local area have much better prices and are much easier to do business with.

There has been helpful and extemely friendly staff every time I've shopped here. They have a clean and organized store with a good selection, and an amazing rewards program.

My favorite vape shop. It has the most variety of liquids and the prices are fair. Get the rewards thing if you shop there often, it's worth it.

So i went to this shop looking for batteries, a charger, a tank, and juice to go with it. They had everything i could need plus some. The woman helping us knew plenty about what brands had the flavor juice i would prefer and what tank could produce some delicious clouds! Im happy and i definitely recommend trying this place out for all your vape or cbd needs.

Fantastic service every time. Especially if you go in the morning. There is usually less people. Afternoons get a little busy so you might have to wait 5 minutes but while you are waiting to chat with some one there are a tone of things for you to look at . Ashtrays, stash cans, incense, shirts , vape supplies, and so much more . Great quality items and the stand behind there products for sure . Definitely willing to help you, one time my vap cart got stuck and they were able to help . Definitely ask them what they think are the best products you are looking for.
