I love this place I love the fact that it's so close to my home and I don't have to travel to Oklahoma Missouri Colorado I just love your store it's the best it's got everything I need to keep me out of a doctor's office and I appreciate that thank you

this store has improved very much. It’s very organized, affordable glass & vape juices, I come in biweekly and they already know my order, it’s a good feeling having people who care.

Great customer service from Dakota

Unfortunately my hand was forced in the making of this review. I arrived Sunday 1/29/23 to have my device and tank tested for proper connection. I did not think this would be an issue as I purchased the setup from this store in march of 2022. The attending employee was new so I didn’t expect them to be knowledgeable of more finite components of the mod. They completely refused to test or call a supervisor for further guidance. I was appalled that the only service this individual would offer was to sell me a new tank. You put sales before customer service so you’ve lost a one year customer. I will make sure notify those I’ve referred I have referred to this store.

After all of my positive experiences at this store, I am disheartened to leave a one star review upon the discovering of a company policy. In short, before a purchase can be made, a legal ID must be inspected digitally through a conventional and convenient device that validates the consumers legal age. So why in all of creation are you now having your employees run from the back of the store at the register, or from behind the counter; to immediately take and verify the customer's ID when they can show it prior to purchase where a much more convenient and streamlined method awaits the customer. Go back to how IDs were checked, I approve stopping minors from purchasing tobacco and cbd products, but there's a difference between jumping through hoops and keeping business safe and legal. Change it back and I'll leave a five star for the amazing employees you have there.

I was helped by Nate he is super helpful and very informative! But. The store policy’s are dangerous and weird. He had to leave from behind the counter and walk to the door to ID me before I even get fully into the store which leaves him vulnerable if someone didn’t have good intentions, then when the first vape I bought wasn’t functional he had to take ten minutes to call a manager to confirm that he was allowed to switch out my device or refund me. It’s weird that he has to take extra time to ask permission when a customer gets a faulty product. If I ever come back to this store it will only be because of the employees. Nate specifically

Absolutely one of the best local businesses in town. Makes other businesses that are socially reputable and have been established look inhospitable and irrelevant. Staff treat their customers fairly and not like pot heads or fellow drug users but like actual customers. When i was inquiring about products on the shelf they are responsive, knowledgeable, and aren’t sales oriented “trying to make a sale”. I genuinely felt like they cared about my wellbeing and not how much money i had. I was frustrated with my experiences with the first two shops i visited in the area that this was the last place i was going, locally, to find a legal and safe pain management supplement as all the other shops were either not trustworthy or down wright offensive when it came to business environment and customer treatment. I have been in multiple businesses like this all over the country to include alaska and hawaii throughout the last 14 years and believe it or not this is the best there is, but don’t take my word for it find out for your self instead of googling sketchy and probably fake reviews that are front loaded from unethical business owners.

this is my first review on anything, 10/10 staff and ive been back and forth a few times but both Jacob and the other guy i dont his name but they both have given me a great experience, prices are MUCH cheaper than Vapor World in Leavenworth and the Vapor Maven i use to goto every 2 weeks in overland park (35 min away), this store is 5 min from my house and provides the best service someone could imagine, i wish i could give 20 stars rather than just 5

Jacob is amazing I definitely have chose this store to be my home store I go to for everything the service that he provides as soon as you walk in the door is amazing one of the best Vape shops I have ever been to a number one top Vape shop in Leavenworth and Lansing. I give this 10 stars recommend the store.
